These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Lenny Leleu online shop.

By placing an order through the shop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Lenny Leleu

Lenny Leleu is an independent design studio and creative label based in Belgium.

The online shop offers selected Lenny Leleu pieces, objects, garments and/or other creative products.

2. Products

Each product is presented with a description and, where relevant, information about materials, dimensions, colour and other characteristics.

We make every effort to represent products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and settings.

Because some Lenny Leleu pieces may be produced in small quantities or individually, minor variations may occur. Such variations are not necessarily considered defects and may form part of the character of the product.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include applicable VAT where required.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed separately during the ordering process.

Lenny Leleu reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

When you place an order through the online shop, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s).

After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is considered accepted once Lenny Leleu has confirmed the order and payment has been successfully received, subject to availability.

If a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered in the online shop.

Orders will normally only be processed after successful payment.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Belgium.

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process where possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, customs procedures, strikes or other disruptions.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the legal exceptions that apply.

The withdrawal period normally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Lenny Leleu of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned goods must be sent back within the applicable legal period.

The customer is generally responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The legal right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances.

This may include products that are:

• made according to the customer's specifications;

• clearly personalised;

• made to order where the legal exception applies;

• otherwise excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.

Where an exception applies, this will be indicated in the relevant product information where appropriate.

9. Returns

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition, subject to what is permitted under applicable consumer law.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

10. Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and, where useful, photographs of the issue.

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

11. Intellectual property

All images, photographs, graphics, texts, designs, logos and other creative content published on the Lenny Leleu website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly permitted, this content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

12. Website information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date.

However, we cannot guarantee that every piece of information will always be complete, current or free from technical errors.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

14. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the country where the consumer resides.
